この度のロシアによるウクライナ侵攻は、武力による一方的な現状変更の試みであり、国際社会における平和と秩序、安全を著しく脅かす国連憲章に違反する行為であり、本会は速やかなる撤退とともに、世界の恒久平和に向けた誠意ある対応を強く求めます。
そして、この惨事により犠牲となられた全ての方に深い哀悼の意を表します。
行政書士は、基本的人権を尊重し、全ての人の権利が守られる共生社会の実現に寄与するため活動しています。本会は、一日も早い事態の鎮静化を願い、ウクライナを含め戦火に巻き込まれた全ての人々が平和で穏やかに暮らせる日常を取り戻すため、日本政府による支援策に基づき、関係各所と連携し在留資格に関する手続や日本に滞在するためのサポート等に取り組んでまいります。

President’s Statement about Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine
The recent invasion of Ukraine by Russia is an attempt to unilaterally change the status quo by force of arms. Such an act is in breach of the United Nations Charter and seriously endangers the peace, order, and security of the international community. The Japan Federation of Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist Associations strongly urges a prompt de-escalation and sincere response in order to secure a permanent world peace.
At the same time, we express our deepest sympathies to all victims of this tragedy.
Our Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists act based upon the principle of respect for fundamental human rights, and the purpose of our activities is to contribute to the realization of a society of harmonious coexistence where the rights of all people are protected. This Federation hopes for the prompt resolution of the current situation and hereby announces that, based on the assistance measures announced by the government of Japan and in coordination with other organizations, we will provide assistance with immigration procedures related to status of residence and also provide support for the stay in Japan of people who are affected by these hostilities so that they can return to their normal and peaceful lives.

ЗАЯВА ПРЕЗИДЕНТА АСОЦІАЦІЇ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНИХ НОТАРІУСІВ ЯПОНІЇ ЩОДО ВТОРГНЕННЯ РОСІЇ В УКРАЇНУ.
Разом із світовим суспільством Асоціація розцінює вторгнення Росії в Україну як спробу силою, в односторонньому порядку змінити міжнарожні закони. Вважає це порушенням Статуту Організації Об'єднаних Націй, що значно загрожує миру, порядку і безпеці в суспільстві.
Ми рішуче закликаємо Росію до виводу військ з території України та початку переговорів, які дійсно сприятимуть поверненню миру та безпеки.
Ми хотіли би висловити найглибші співчуття всім, хто постраждав від цієї катастрофи.
Ми, адміністративні нотаріуси, поважаємо основні права людини і сприяємо розвитку суспільства, в якому захищаються права всіх людей.
Ми працюємо над тим, щоб і надалі допомагати українцям, що рятуються у Японії від жахіть війни, підтримувати їх під час оформлення процедур, пов'язаних зі статусом проживання та перебування в Японії.
